4. Briefly explain the issue and proceed to raise the issue via call, chat, or email.

5. Select the chat option and, if your issue is of high priority, check the box indicating that the issue is critical before clicking "Send."

6. A case ID will be created, which you can track by returning to the "Get Help and Support" section.
